Come to Stratford early and stay late! Construction delays may be significant in summer 2019 so be sure not to miss out on any fun!

Hwy 6 to Embro/401: Replacement of large culvert Aug-Nov

Expect delays but road will not be closed. Hwy 7 detour is suggested as above, if there is an overlap.

Hwy 8 between Stratford and Shakespeare: In progress

Beginning in early June, stretches of this road between the west end of Shakespeare and the east end of Stratford will be reduced on weekdays to a single lane, with flag people controlling traffic in both directions. Delays may be lengthy, so please allow additional time for your trip. (Both lanes are expected to be open on evenings and weekends.)

Don't miss the best patio in town!  Our "alley" is a quiet, secluded, and hidden gem.  We are located directly behind the Avon Theatre, steps from market square.  Our food is bistro-styled and we work with local producers as often as possible to serve food of the highest quality.  We produce everything in-house and are open 6 days a week during the high season (May-Nov) Tuesday through Sunday.

Lunch: 11:30-2:00 pm

Dinner: 5:00pm-9:00 pm (10:00 pm on Fri and Sat for our special Patio Nights menu)

We also have two bed and breakfast suites located above the restaurant.  Given our location and the free parking, we are the ideal spot for your Stratford getaway.  Rooms include a self-catering kitchenette, ensuite bathroom with jaccuzi tubs, a spacious spared living area with a beautiful 1000 sq foot terrace.  Breakfast is included with your stay.

Don’t miss the fun due to construction delays!
